Afrigulf is structuring a $150M securitized debt transaction for B Commodities, the holding entity for LOLC’s plantation assets. The funds will support expansion, acquisition of new plantations, working capital needs, and debt refinancing. The transaction is fully collateralized with company shares and USD cash flows.
